Client Overview:

‍Cuboh is a company that developed a platform to consolidate online food orders from various delivery applications, integrating them with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Challenge:

‍Restaurants faced challenges managing orders from multiple delivery platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. They needed a unified system to handle orders efficiently and integrate with existing POS systems.

Solution:

• Joined Cuboh from the idea stage to Series A fundraising, serving as CTO for over two and a half years.
• Developed an integration hub that connected over 60 different systems, including delivery apps, POS systems, and accounting software.
• Ensured reliable data exchange and synchronization between disparate systems.
• Focused on building a robust, asynchronous system with high reliability and health monitoring.

Results:

• Successfully launched the platform, helping restaurants streamline their online order management.
